We recently visited this complex extension project in Trinity which is now approaching completion. Featuring a wraparound two-storey extension, it has transformed this modest 1930s semi into a spacious contemporary home, with interconnected kitchen, dining and living spaces that open up to the garden, and a generous new master suite with vaulted ceiling.
The symmetric roof pitch at the front extends at the rear to tie in with the eaves level of the existing house, forming an asymmetric gable elevation with vertical timber fins picked out against a buff brick plinth.
The project has been a real labour of love for our clients, who have taken on some of the work themselves alongside the skilled efforts of GR8 Construction. We look forward to being able to share more photos once the interiors and landscaping are complete later in the year.
