The new house will sit on a separate site in the garden of an existing house, built by our clients thirty years ago, and will allow the wider family to enjoy life together in this great location.
Great care has been taken through the planning process to ensure that all of the trees on the site, including some large beech and oak trees, will be protected throughout the project. The new house provides sheltered south-facing seating and planting areas, with large windows to the north making the most of expansive views over the rolling landscape of the Borders.
